- This half-day event is exclusively for portfolio partners of ScaleUp:AI. Each sponsoring portfolio company can invite two executives to attend.
- In the afternoon, there will be two separate workshop sessions: one for enterprise buyers and another for portfolio company partners.
- During the networking breaks, welcome reception, and dinner at the NYSE, portfolio companies and enterprise executives will come together to network with each other.
- All programming will take place at Quorum by Convene (1221 6th Ave, New York, NY 10020) except for the private dinner at the NYSE (11 Wall St, New York, NY 10005) at 7pm (ET).
- Yes, the group will be driven from Quorum by Convene to the NYSE at 6:15pm (ET).
- Guests are required to provide all other transportation to and from venues.
- By registering via this page, the guests will automatically be registered for both events.

- The welcome reception for ScaleUp:AI is open to guests who are attending the Friday conference in-person.
- If you have external partners/customers or additional team members who are attending the conference on Friday, they will be invited to join the Thursday welcome reception, but will not be permitted to attend the Thursday afternoon workshop or dinner at NYSE.
- The dinner on Thursday at NYSE with enterprise executives is open only to your two executives that have registered.
- If you have invited external partners/customers or have paid for additional team members to attend to the Friday conference, they will not be invited to attend the dinner.
