Since joining Insight Partners more than two decades ago, I’ve had a front row seat to some of the most exciting ScaleUp growth journeys in SaaS history. However, as the founder and leader of Insight Onsite — our amazing team of operators and growth experts who accelerate and scale our portfolio companies — my favorite growth story is our internal one. We’ve scaled Onsite from a handful of experts to a full-blown growth engine of 130+ people who are ready to support our portfolio companies whenever and however we’re needed.
When I’m not helping scale the most innovative software companies in the world, you’ll find me sharing learnings as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia Business School. I serve on the Growth Equity working committee and the Board of Directors of the NVCA, which fuels my passion for ensuring we have an industry that blossoms the next generation of tech disruptors. I believe our software ecosystem provides unparalleled opportunity for global communities, no more so than in healthcare, where I’m backing companies like Clarify Health and Alma — examples of companies doing well by doing good.
One of my goals is to lift other women and underrepresented leaders up so our industry reflects our society. My prior role as co-founder and board member of Declare (now part of Luminary) helped me work toward that goal by allowing me to support and develop women leaders. Today, I sit on the Investment Committee of Vision Capital 2020, Insight’s fund of funds investing in emerging underrepresented managers. So far, we’ve backed more than ~20 new venture capital firms all of whom have founders with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
Beyond work, you will find me cycling in France (including an annual ascent of Mont Ventoux), practicing my French, or traveling to visit family in South Africa and Ireland.
