Yes. All-Access Virtual Pass holders and Premier In-Person pass holders will have the option to join a digital community to connect and network with other attendees during and after the event. Attendees may opt out of the community at any time.

If you have a recommendation for a potential speaker or a subject matter expert please reach out to us by submitting details through the form here.

Those attending the event virtually can join via the ScaleUp website under the ‘Agenda’ tab. The latest version of Chrome or Firefox and a strong internet connection are highly recommended. We do not recommend viewing via mobile devices.

If you have not received your registration confirmation email within one hour of completing registration please first check your junk and spam folders. If your company has a strict spam policy, have your IT department whitelist [email protected] If you still can’t locate your joining instructions email you can contact us at [email protected]

To create your personalized agenda, click the star next to the sessions you are interested in on the next to the sessions you are interested in on the Agenda page. These sessions will appear in the My Interests section. You also have the option to add your selected sessions to your calendar. Sessions will continue to be added to the agenda leading up to the event.

If you are unable to join the ScaleUp:AI sessions during the live broadcast, your pass entitles you to the video on-demand sessions and the networking community. Premier In-Person Pass holders and All-Access Virtual Pass holders who are not able to join live, may transfer the pass to another individual by sending an email to [email protected].

Please note, if you need to cancel your pass and forgo access to the on-demand sessions from the event, you may obtain a refund of 50% of your pass price before February 28 or transfer the pass to another participant before April 1. Please reach out to [email protected] and reference the code included in your registration confirmation.

PREMIER IN-PERSON EVENT

On April 6 & 7, 2022 from 11 AM – 3 PM EDT ScaleUp:AI will have a limited in-person attendance at Convene, 225 Liberty Street at Brookfield Place in New York City.

The health and safety of all attendees is our top priority. If you are planning to attend in person, either as a speaker or attendee, we will be following strict CDC, New York State, and New York City COVID-19 protocols. All attendees are required to show proof of vaccination and booster.

Acceptable proof of vaccination:

  • A CDC COVID-19 vaccination record card;
  • An official immunization record from the jurisdiction, state, or county where the vaccine was administered (international cards will also be accepted);
  • A digital or physical photo of such card or record;
  • A New York City COVID Safe Pass;
  • A New York State Excelsior Pass.

All Premier In-Person Pass holders are invited to join Insight Partners, Citi Ventures, Portfolio Companies, Speakers, and Guests for the “Luminaries and Founders Reception” from 5 – 7PM on Wednesday, April 6.

EVENT LIVE STREAM

The event will be hosted virtually on April 6 & 7, 2022 from 11 AM – 3 PM EDT.

Sessions will be viewable via the ‘Agenda‘.

The general sessions will be live on Wednesday, April 6th and Thursday, April 7th beginning at 11 AM EDT with additional sessions running until 3 PM EDT. Sessions will be viewable via the agenda once you have been registered.

To join the live session click on ‘Agenda‘ in the navigation bar at the top of the web page. From there, click on ScaleUp:AI or Join Broadcast to join the session. 

Note: the Join Broadcast button will go live 2 minutes before the advertised start time. If you continue to experience difficulties viewing the live stream, please contact [email protected] or send a message in the Live Chat.

If you have not received your joining instructions email please first check your junk and spam folders. If you still can’t locate your joining instructions email you can contact us at [email protected].

Recordings will be posted on the ScaleUp:AI website 24 hours after the event and will be available for up to 6 months. No retransmission without permission will be allowed.

All sessions will be available on-demand. Sessions will be added to the site within 24 hours of the session completion.

For the optimum viewing experience, we recommend that you avoid viewing on a mobile device.
First, check that your computer has the sound on and the volume up by going to your computer’s audio settings and pressing the test sounds, or navigating to another video on the web and making sure you can hear audio through your computer speakers or headphones. If you hear audio on other videos on the web and not on the live video stream, check that the volume in the player is turned up.
If you see a blank screen or a spinning wheel and this remains for longer than a few seconds, please refresh your page. We recommend viewing via a current Chrome or Firefox browser.
