How do I register?

Is there a networking community?

Yes. Virtual Pass holders and In-Person pass holders will have the option to join a digital community to connect and network with other attendees during and after the event. Attendees may opt out of the community at any time.

How do I access the event?

Those attending the event virtually can join via the ScaleUp website under the ‘Agenda’ tab. The latest version of Chrome or Firefox and a strong internet connection are highly recommended. We do not recommend viewing via mobile devices.

I have not received my registration confirmation email. What should I do?

If you have not received your registration confirmation email within one hour of completing registration, first check your junk and spam folders. If your company has a strict spam policy, have your IT department whitelist [email protected] and our ticketing platform, Bizzabo ([email protected]).

If you still can’t locate your joining instructions email you can always contact us at [email protected].

How can I personalize my agenda/select my favorite sessions?

Speakers, programming, and agendas will be published closer to the event date.

To create your personalized agenda, click the star next to the sessions you are interested in on the next to the sessions you are interested in on the Agenda page. These sessions will appear in the My Interests section. You also have the option to add your selected sessions to your calendar. Sessions will continue to be added to the agenda leading up to the event.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you are unable to join the ScaleUp:AI sessions during the live broadcast, your pass entitles you to the video on-demand sessions and the networking community. Premier In-Person Pass holders and All-Access Virtual Pass holders who are not able to join live, may transfer the pass to another individual by sending an email to [email protected].

Please note, if you need to cancel your pass and forgo access to the on-demand sessions from the event, you may obtain a refund of 50% of your pass price before September 16, or transfer the pass to another participant before October 1. Please reach out to [email protected] and reference the code included in your registration confirmation.

When and where is the in-person event?

On Tuesday, October 7, ScaleUp:AI will have a limited in-person attendance at Quorum by Convene, located at 1221 6th Ave, New York, NY 10020.

Where is the cocktail reception?

All Premier In-Person Ticket holders are invited to join Insight Partners, our event partners, speakers, and guests for a cocktail reception immediately following the conference end from 4:30 – 6:30PM on Tuesday, October 7.

EVENT LIVE STREAM

When and where is the virtual event?

The event will be hosted virtually on October 7, 2025, starting around 9:30 AM EDT.

Sessions will be viewable via the ‘Agenda‘.

What time does the event start?

The programming will be live on Tuesday, October 7, beginning at 9:30 AM EDT with additional sessions running until 4:30 PM EDT. Sessions will be viewable via the agenda once you have been registered.

How do I view the sessions?

To join the live session click on ‘Agenda‘ in the navigation bar at the top of the web page. From there, click on ScaleUp:AI or Join Broadcast to join the session.

Note: the Join Broadcast button will go live 2 minutes before the advertised start time. If you continue to experience difficulties viewing the live stream, please contact [email protected] or send a message in the Live Chat.

I have not received my joining instructions email. What should I do?

If you have not received your joining instructions email please first check your junk and spam folders. If you still can’t locate your joining instructions email you can contact us at [email protected].

How long will recordings be available on-demand?

Recordings will be posted on the ScaleUp:AI website within a week of the event. No retransmission without permission will be allowed.

I am unable to attend the sessions during the scheduled time. Can I still watch them?

Sessions will be available on-demand. Sessions will be added to the site within a week of the session completion.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

I can access a session, but nothing is showing on the broadcast.
Our platform requires third-party cookies to be enabled and ad-blockers to be switched off. For more information on how to manage these settings, please click here.

Can I attend the event on my phone?
For the optimum viewing experience, we recommend that you avoid viewing on a mobile device.

What should I do if I don’t have audio?
First, check that your computer has the sound on and the volume up by going to your computer’s audio settings and pressing the test sounds, or navigating to another video on the web and making sure you can hear audio through your computer speakers or headphones. If you hear audio on other videos on the web and not on the live video stream, check that the volume in the player is turned up.

What should I do if the event video is not playing?
If you see a blank screen or a spinning wheel and this remains for longer than a few seconds, please refresh your page. We recommend viewing via a current Chrome or Firefox browser. If you’re still experiencing issues, contact us at [email protected] or send us a message on the Live Chat and our customer support team will be happy to help.

I am having trouble viewing a broadcast. Who should I contact?

If you’re having technical issues, please send us a message on the Live Chat and our customer support team will be happy to help. It is advised to join via a Chrome or Firefox browser.
