Chuck is CIO of the New York Stock Exchange where he sets the innovation strategy for the NYSE and other ICE business units.  Previously he was the Senior Vice President of Information Technology, and he started his career at ICE building the cybersecurity program. Chuck has over 25 years of experience in architecture, development, engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and senior management roles. Chuck has an MBA from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and Bachelor’s degrees in Physics from the College of Charleston and Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.
