Neil Ackerman, MBA, MS, and PMP, a worldwide expert leader in global innovation, disruption, and transformation. With deep supply chain, finance, and business acumen experience, he has successfully led various companies through innovative transformation including Johnson & Johnson, Kenvue, Mondelez, Amazon, and Altria. In the start-up space, Neil sits on the Boards of a variety of successful international leapfrog technology companies.

Currently, Neil leads Worldwide (EMEA, APAC, Americas) Supply Chain Innovation and Transformation for Kenvue, previously known as the Johnson and Johnson Consumer Health Company. Prior to this role, as an Expat in the Middle East (Tel Aviv, Israel), he led the development and scaling of the global Innovation Hubs for Johnson and Johnson across Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Consumer Products. In these leadership positions, Neil leads and builds an experienced global team while creating the holistic eco-system focused on collaborative partnerships (VC, Start-ups, Universities, Grants) in support of broad innovation. Neil, an industry expert in Supply Chain eCommerce Fulfillment, Integrated Business Planning, and Marketplaces is featured in numerous best-selling books including, Amazon Unbound (2021), Always Day One (2020), Behemoth Amazon Rising (2021), and AI in The Wild (2020).

At Amazon.com, Neil held various positions, including Global Strategy Head for Fulfillment by Amazon (Prime logistics and fulfillment) and the General Manager and Inventor of the Amazon Small and Light global business program (holder of 11 USA patents) which is a multi-billion-dollar global operation. In addition, at Mondelez, Neil has been recognized in global publications for inventing the Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce business models for Oreo and Cadbury.

Neil is quoted, interviewed, and written about in WSJ, Bloomberg, Inc., Forbes, CNBC, and numerous international publications. Neil is a winner of numerous leadership awards including the prestigious Amazon.com “Just Do It” Award and is a Distinguished Visitor for the US Navy. Currently, Neil sits on various Boards including Solstice (400+ retail sunglass chain), Identi Medical (publicly traded global company), and multiple start-ups including Cap Hill Brands, Trellis.ai, Flytrex Drones, and OneRail. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond, University of Virginia (UVA), and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Neil is currently based in Philadelphia, USA, active in various charitable organizations, and married for many years with 3 children and a goofy dog!
