Triveni Gandhi is the Responsible AI Lead at Dataiku where she builds and implements custom solutions to support AI’s responsible and safe scaling. Triveni is dedicated to actively eliminating bias in AI models by developing and delivering Responsible AI training for customers, going in-depth on practical approaches for users, as well as providing guidance to executives on how to account for and avoid enterprise-wide and industry-level bias.

Prior to joining Dataiku in 2018, Triveni worked as a Data Analyst with a large non-profit dedicated to improving education outcomes in New York. She holds a PhD in political science from Cornell University and, as a data scientist herself, it is interesting that her experience stems from a social science rather than a technical background. As a result of her non-traditional path, she is always looking for ways to understand AI from a lens of social equity.
